Collection 2000 Lasting Perfection Concealer

In case you were wondering the driving lesson went pretty well, well I didn't run anybody over so it certainly didn't go badly! Anyhooo, the other day  I was in Superdrug and needed one more thing for the three for two offer. I decided to pick up a new Collection 2000 Lasting Perfection  concealer as mines almost ran out. Then when I got home  I realised just how rare it is that I repurchase a product, I've repurchased a couple of foundations but I think that's actually it, so I figured this product deserved a review!

I think the only thing I actually dislike about this is than all the writing comes off seriously quickly so the concealer looks cheap and grubby which is annoying, but it is in no way an incentive to buy it!

Coverage wise this is really nice, for pin point concealing I use my Mac Studio Finish but nothing beats this for area concealing. It's also really good for under eyes, just everything really! It lasts really well too, this was really raved about so I had high expectations and this didn't fail me.

The other tiny little thing is this kind of applicator is possibly a little unhygienic, but I've never really thought about it until reviewing it. So yeah to summarise, this is £4.19, it's the best thing I've found on the high street and in all honesty my Mac one isn't three times the price better (although the Mac on is still worth the money)!

Collection 2000 Lipstick in Orange Punch

Hola! So orange lipsticks certainly are not for the faint hearted and when it comes to orange I am certainly faint hearted!
I'm honestly a little afraid of the colour orange, I'm naturaly ginger so have freckles which is a lot of orange to contend with anyway. However I picked this up as orange seems to be a pretty popular colour of recent and I trhough someone out there might like it!
I do genuinley think this look really nice if you look just at my lips, but it just doesn't suit my colouring. However I wear this softly applied and it looks great, so no a waste of money! Pigmentation wise you can see that it's pretty good, this is only £2.99 RRP but it can be found in poundland for a squid!

Overally quality wise this is okay, you can't expect amazing things for the price. If your looking for a Holy Grail lipstick I wouldn't recomend this, but if you want to experiment with colours then I would definetley recomend this.

Collection 2000 Extreme Felt Tip Liner

I saw my friend wearing this a while ago and it just looked so pretty, she said it was about a fiver so next time I went to Superdrug i picked one up. Only to find that they're £2.99! The packaging is pretty simple but in a stylish way.
It does claim to last 24 hours, which it might do if you are counting until it's completely gone. I'd say this loses it's intensity after about 6 hours, which I think is great for the price! With a primer this would surivive a night out.
The colours don't appear to be named or numbered, but I have the teal shade, which is just gorgeous. I didn't get the black as I already have a black eyeliner and wanted something a bit more fun. I have to say that this is super easy to apply, as with most felt tip liners. However you do need to give it a minute after applying as it will smudge. If you are new to eyeliner then I would suggest trying this out as it's so easy to use and it's cheap too!
Excuse the orange eyebrows! The pictures don't really do this justice, in real life it's quite an intense teal shade. The only real problem I have with this is that the shades aren't great. There is a 'Biro' blue which I just can't imagine would be very flattering. There's also a purple but it's quite vivid so I don't think that would be awfully flattering either.

Do you own this? What are you favourite coloured eyeliner?

Collection 2000 Cream Puff

So this is a product that I had basically heard nothing about, I hadn't even taken any notice of it instore. That is until it popped up on this blog, I can't find the exact post but basically it's meant to be moisturising and very pretty so I thought I would give it a go.
I'm so glad that I bought this! It only costs £2.99 so  it doesn't break the bank. It's a really obscure product, but it a good way! It's like a lovely cream and it just feels very pleasant to wear. It's very light and glides on like a dream. I have the colour Fairycake and the colour is actually a really nice pink, just a little brighter than in the tube.

I apologise but I seem to have forgotten to take a swatch picture of this, but you could always try one on your hand next time you near a Collection 2000 counter. I fully recommend buying this, it can be worn on it's own or with another lipstick so add a bit more colour. Oh! And the best thing of all? It smells like cake!

Have you tried this? Let me know!

Ancient Collection 2000 Mini Palettes

So who remembers when Collection 2000 packaging looked like this? It's certainly been a while, which really put me off buying this little trio at first as it's just such an old product. I found this in Poundworld and it came with a little nail varnish as well.So I figured that old doesn't necessarily mean bad and that even if it was awful for a pound I might as well give it a go.

I was shocked at how much I like this! As you can see the lighter colours are a tiny bit shimmery, but certainly not too much for everyday wear. The darker colour is quite matte which I prefer as I only really use dark colours in my crease or outer-v.

(Apologies for the random blue line the camera decided to add in)
I forgot to mention that this palette is in Sin City. Anyway, you can see that the colours are well pigmented, particularly the centre colour, they also last really well too. This is the perfect palette for just throwing in your bag before a sleepover and knowing the next day you can still do something pretty with your eye makeup if you want to.
I actually have two of these as Poundworld have started selling these in sets of two, and I wanted the other trio that came with it, so I ended up with a second one. If you can manage to snap these up at Poundworld then you'll only really be paying 50p for them, which sounds really great! But it does kind of occur to me that even before this was discontinued, it was probably only around £3 anyway, so the saving is good but not incredible.
If you can't find this in your local Poundworls( they have like, loads in mine ) then you can buy it from Amazon here for £1.82, or alternatively there are quite a lot of people selling these on eBay.

Collection 2000 Glam Crystals Eyeliner

Well hello there, so I was in Asda the other week and this Eye Liner had been reduced to about £1.50, so seen as I'd seen it recommended in a video I figured it would be foolish of me not to give it a go. They're only £2.99 from boots anyway though, so it's not a monumental loss should it not be to your liking if you paid full price.

Okay, so I will stop babbling and review this product. The lasting power is definitely good, but saying that I don't have a lot of experience with glitter eye liner so I can't really compare this to anything else.
I have to apologise for the shadow on this picture, I've not quite mastered the whole picture talking thing yet. Anyway, as you can see in the swatch above the glitter is really pretty, lots of different colours of flecks that gel really well together when applied and just look really beautiful. It's super easy to apply as well, I'm quite good with gel liner but I've never been good at getting the right control with a liquid liner. ( I am getting slowly but surely better though )

I love this product and would definitely recommend anyone to buy it. The only problem is that it's so hard to find an occasion when glitter eye liner is appropriate, so it's just sitting sadly in my make up drawer feeling forgotten about. Poor eye liner :(
