ELF Professional Eye Shadow Brush

I put off this review for a while purely because I thought I had already done it! But a quick look at my blog and I realised that I hadn't so here it is.

I have tried a few brushes from the £1.50 (UK) range and sadly I haven't been bowled over by any, that is however with the exception of this one. Now it's no secret to anyone who spends any time reading/watching blogs that this is considered to be the best brush available for the price. Well, I'm happy to inform you that in my humble opinion this is actually worth the hype.

It's just a wonderfully dense brush that couldn't be more perfect for packing on colour, I use it pretty much every time I do eye makeup and it hasn't missed a beat. It doesn't even shed, unlike certain other ELF brushes. *cough* concealer brush *cough*. This has been washed a lot and it's just as perfect as when it was first bought. But of course the best thing of all is that it is a mere £1.50 here in England, it's even cheaper else where in the world.

The best places to buy makeup

Well hello :)

I though I would share with you a few of my favourite makeup stores. These shops have well priced makeup, nail varnish and other beauty products for prices that aren't going to make you purse cry. Basically I'm talking about the 'cheapo' shops. Things line BnM bargains, Poundland, Poundworld are like treasure troves for amazingly priced, genuine makeup. Not only this, but they have some makeup stock that has been discontinued, which means I've been able to be reunited with some old favourites.

I thought I'd give you a quick round up of a few products I've bought, I'll review each item separately, this is just a round up of what you can expect to find.

Hello!

I have found that reading the Blogs and Vlogs of the Internet have truly been my favourite form of procrastination to date. Not only do I feel much more educated and the variety and brands that are out there, but recently I have found myself doing mini reviews of  new clothes and products in my head the first time I use them. So I have decided to jump on the blogging band waggon and hopefully I will be able to provide to any reader some useful advice and recommendations on all things beauty, clothing and generally just penny-saving items I've found to be a help rather than a hindrance to my purse strings. 

I'm hoping that my little venture into the blogesphere will be of some help to someone. If not then it may just have to act as a form of quite productive procrastination to me as i strive to avoid A-level  work.
